MOTHERS DIVINE COURSE PRACTICE GUIDE
There is no prescribed practice for this course. I encourage you to continue with your existing practices or use the list below to find what suits your needs and your current state on your pregnancy (or human) journey.
With that in mind, I would love for all of us to walk more. A 20-45min daily walk would be an incredible undertaking! Walking helps with all bodily functions + it gives mental clarity and perspective. Let’s see what can happens, if we take a walk every day during this course?
If you are pregnant this is highly recommended as a way to stay in shape and to prepare for a successful birth.
The following list can also be used for inspiration for when teaching classes or creating offers for mothers and pregnant women. More information will of course be given in the course, and you will receive further instructions for how to teach and modify yoga classes for pregnancy needs.
All of the below sets are safe to do in pregnancy as long as you follow the guidelines and pick from the right section. If you are pregnant and have any doubts, please contact me by email.
